Our Vision...

Through Annual/Semi-Annual events, youth are afforded the opportunity to sample/reset/expand connections in the many fields of STEM Aviation. Year-round program opportunities bring youth and professionals with compassionate interest together, providing positive energy to: Seek, Select, Motivate, Dream, and Empower Pathways which become available through education, to careers that are financially and personally rewarding. We have a keen interest in underutilized sources of human capital in Young Women, Physically Challenged and those who perceive financial barriers that would deny them from participating.
